The answer is yes, it was - the good news is we can bring back that lost speed. We will tune up your computer and give you advice on how to keep your computer running in top condition.

- Defragmentation (and demonstration of how to do this)

- Reformat including data backup and restoration (this is the   ultimate tune up option recommended to be done at least twice   yearly)

You may have some hardware issues! There are various components in your computer's case that can die - let us track down the faulty component and advise on replacement options. We will acquire and install new hardware at your convenience.

Software Installations
Have you recently bought, or are you thinking of buying a new software package, and are you unsure of how to go about installing it on you home PC? We will install your new software package for you and make sure it is running smoothly. If you have purchased software that your system can't run (such as a computer game) we will advise you of possible upgrade options.

Our Service Includes:

- Pickup & delivery of your computer (often not needed with this service)

- Bring the computer to the optimum software install state

- Installation of your chosen software

- Testing to ensure the software runs properly

- We will notify you if the software will be unable to be installed   on your PC prior to installation (this is most often happens with a   a 3D game) and advise you of possibe options.

Internet Installations
Are you thinking it might be time to joining the world wide community on the internet?

Make getting on the internet a breeze by allowing us to present different internet options and then setup the internet connection.

Once the internet connection is ready (often in less than a week) we will come back to your house and install the modem and you'll be connected to the internet and ready to start exploring the world-wide-web.
